Once my husband and I solidified our family’s plans for spring break, I devised a fitness plan in an effort to be HotMama on our trip to Southern California. Too many holiday treats and lack of exercise (okay, so I hadn’t been eating healthfully all fall…) led to too many extra pounds come January. So, I’m on a regular-exercise and mindful-eating kick.
