My favorite family vacation hasn’t happened yet. Next month we are taking the wee one to Disney with all of my family. I’m sure that with this being the babys first trip to disney it will def be a fav.

my favorite was going to cape cod. I would say going out west with my dad and mother for the summer on camping road trips but i hated being locked up with my brother all summer! Onset ma was the best!

When I was five my family took a trip to the Texas coast. I had never been before, that I could remember at least, and I instantly fell in love! Today I can’t even imagine feeling like I am on vacation unless I’m at the beach. My dream vacation is to visit the Maldives.

My favorite family vacations were the road trips to the lake. For 3 summers in a row, when I was 9, 10 and 11, we would rent a little cabin on Lake Payette, in Idaho. We would stay for 3 weeks, swimming every day, picking huckleberries and sailing to secret coves.

My favorite memory of my childhood vacation would be the summer that we traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC. There was a hurricane that came up along the coast which caused most people to go home. We decided to stay which left us with a near deserted beach and a very interesting week. I loved the walks along the beach!!!

My favorite childhood vacation was when my older brother, mom, dad, and I drove from Pennsylvania all the way to Montana, back when you could still afford to do so. It was so fun to climb around the Badlands with my brother and experience the greatness of Mount Rushmore for the first time. However, the best part was spending some father-daughter time on a horseback ride through Yellowstone National Park.

A few years back I was planning on taking my son to Washington DC and other historical east coast sites. My mom showed interest in going, so we invited her to come along. I never imaginged we would have so much fun! 3 generations – and one of the best vacations ever!
