		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more about how important it is to hydrate when you travel.  Thanks for the product recommendations!  I&#039;m one of those people who didn&#039;t use to like water, but a nutritionist convinced me that it&#039;s better to get my fruit fix from actual fruit (I used to drink a ton of juice) and that because water has 0 calories, I can eat more without gaining weight than I can if I drink my calories away.</description>
