All of the Traveling Mamas are past the diapering stage (hallelujah!), but we know how important it is to have a good diaper bag for traveling, or simply running errands with babies in tow.

diaperbagWe’ve partnered with the folks at AllModernBaby.com to give to a lucky reader one of the site’s best-selling items: the Skip Hop Duo Deluxe Edition Diaper Bag in Navy Blossom. While I’ve not seen this item in person, reviews on the site suggest that the medium-sized shoulder bag has great pockets with magnetic closures — and that the color is closer to black than navy.

All Modern Baby is a contemporary children’s furniture site that carries leading manufacturers such as Stokke, DwellStudio, and Bugaboo. It sells not only items for the home, but also travel-related gear, too, like strollers and baby carriers. Many of the products are hip and high end (strollers for $1,200!), but it’s certainly a pretty, easy-to-navigate site for browsing and dreaming if prices are too steep for your pocketbook.

All you need to do to win this diaper bag is tell us in the comments why you want to win it: to have a spare one on hand, you’re expecting a baby, you’ve worn out your old bag… or you just think it’s cool!

    I would love to win the diaper bag for my niece. She is pregnant with her first, 20 years old, going to be a single mom with little to no money. Despite all the odds, she is excited about the baby and will be a good mom. She would use and appreciate this so much!

    I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I would love, love, love to win this groovy bag. I think it would look so chic on the streets of NY and living in the city means you really need to carry everything at all times. And, I think my husband would even use it too which would be a big bonus!

    I love this diaper bag! I avoided the “large” diaper bag with my first child, but when my second, Annie, came along last fall, I caved and bought a skip hop duo – and its awesome – lots of pockets to separate Cole’s stuff, Annie’s stuff, and my stuff. It clips on easily to the bugaboo stroller — a great bag all around, and it would be so nice to have a “fresh” one :)

    What a super terrific diaper bag! I would love to win this because I am carrying the same pink flowered diaper bag for my baby now that I used for my previous 2 other children and it is not only falling apart, but it is truly an eye-sore!     Grandmas need Great Bags, too. I currently use any old plastic grocery bag that doesn’t have a hole in it to tote extra diapers,bottles,clothes or toys while sitting my 3 youngest grandchildren. We (the little ones I) like to go shopping or do lunch while I’m on ‘duty’. This would be a Great Bag to have.

    I would like to win this bag for my daughter, who is expecting baby #2. She gets terribly, puking-her-guts-out, sick when she’s pregnant, but she is a trooper and still the most amazing mom to her toddler! So unselfish and loving.     I’m still using the diaper bag I was given at the hospital — it only has one interior compartment and the zipper is beginning to fray. I hate spending money on something I consider to be “for me” rather than for the baby, but I could really use a new bag. (One that enables me to find a diaper quickly when I need one!)

    My sister’s baby almost died, until the doctors finally figured out what was wrong with her–she was born with a hole between her windpipe and esophagus, so milk would go into her lungs. She had surgery, recovered, and is the light of our lives now at 2, talking a blue streak, like a 4-yr old. My mom has basically given up her life (and income) to care for her grand-daughter, as my sister is a single mom working full-time. So I would love to give a snazzy bag like this to my mom, who is sacrificing so much to care for the little girl.
