RollingMama – Barbara Twardowski

RollingMama (aka Barbara Twardowski) writes with her husband, Jim, who is a registered nurse. The couple lives near New Orleans and are the parents of a college-age son.  Barbara has a Master’s in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University.  She and Jim met in college where they both majored in journalism.  Together, they write about travel and disability topics.  One of their specialities is accessible travel.  Their articles have been published in a variety of outlets some include: AAA Home & Away, Global Traveler, Louisiana Cookin’, QUEST, PeterGreenberg.com, and Disaboom.com.

Best Family Adventure: First trip to New York City and seeing Broadway shows.

Worst Family Mishap: Not making a hotel reservation and spending two hours driving from hotel to hotel looking for a room.
