Kajeet Cell Phone Service for Kids – Parents who feel the time is right for their kids’ first cell phone should look into Kajeet cell phone service. Kajeet has partnered with with Samsung, Sanyo, and LG. These camera phones and the Kajeet cell phone service (through Sprint, nationwide) are great first cell phones for children because there are very simple to use parental controls for peace of mind, plus the talk, text, pictures, games, and more that kids want.

 

BlackBerry Curve – A Traveling Mamas needs to stay connected to family, friends, and work while she’s On the Move. CajunMama uses her BlackBerry Curve 8310 to call home, check email on the road, and upload pics to Twitter. The 2mp camera has a zoom feature (which is minimal) and an automatic flash to brighten up subject images. CajunMama would like to see a video feature on this device, but it does serve its purpose. BlackJack II – This Windows Mobile phone keeps the user connected to life. It offers video recording and a track wheel, similar to earlier iPod devices and it also offers easy connecting to your home PC. It offers a full QWERTY keyboard and has decent quality media streaming. The video recording is grainy, but serves its purpose. It is available in classic designs or trendy colors. The weight is the same as the Blackberry Curve. The overall quality of phone calls and connection coverage is better than the BlackBerry Curve.
