Final building block placed on Disney Fantasy

by CajunMama

This weekend Disney Cruise Line celebrated a major milestone in the construction of the Disney Fantasy. The final building block for this newest ship was placed at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany. What does this mean? It means the exterior portion of the ship is now complete and work will now focus on the interior portions of the ship. Check it out.

The Disney Fantasy will sail alternating seven-night cruises from Port Canaveral, Fla. to the Eastern and Western Caribbean and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay with the maiden voyage scheduled for March 31, 2012.

To learn more about Disney Cruise Line or to book a cruise vacation onboard the Disney Fantasy, guests can visit disneycruise.com, call Disney Cruise Line at 888/DCL-2500 or contact their favorite travel agent.
